Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing 4th respondent to remove the illegal encroachment from the Government land as the roads Survey Nos.16/1 and 18/4B1D3, Navalur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District to enable to use the roads by the petitioner and the public an agriculture purpose and execute the memo issued by the third respondent dated 20.9.2024.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.B.Balaji, J.) Heard Mr.T.Velu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4.
2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner to direct the fourth respondent to remove the illegal encroachments in the Government lands, which are roads, in Survey No.16/1 and 18/4B1D3, Navalur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, and to execute the Memo issued by the third respondent dated 20.9.2024 and also considering the submission made by learned Government
Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 that the official respondents would take action in pursuance of the Memo dated 20.09.2024 issued by the third respondent within the stipulated time after hearing the objections of respondents 5 and 6, we deem it fit to pass the following order:
Respondent No.4 shall pass orders in furtherance of the Memo dated 20.9.2024 issued by the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from today, after hearing the objections of respondents 5 and 6 and after hearing the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.33026 of 2024 is closed.
