The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324, 307, 336 & 506 (ii) IPC, in Crime No.218 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent that A1 had been arrested and detained under Act 14 of 1982. The present petitioner is A2. It was stated that there was a quarrel for money between the petitioner and the defacto complainant in a cemetery and thereafter, the quarrel escalated and injuries were caused to the defacto complainant. sli 4.Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
