The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2023 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.185 of 2023, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused were found in illegal possession of 60 grams of methamphetamine, which is commercial quantiy.

3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the investigation has not been completed and laboratory report is awaited. 4.In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
