Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner has been convicted in the criminal case in Spl.Case No.04 of 2011 on the file of the learned Special Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri. As such, nothing survives in the prayer made in the Writ Petition.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
