This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

vsi be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 02.01.2025.
