This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 01.08.2017 made in RCA.No.1 of 2015 passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub-Court), Ariyalur confirming the order and decretal order dated 07.08.2015 made in RCOP.No.1 of 2012 passed by the District Munsif Court,(Rent Controller), Ariyalur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
