When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Kolandaivelu (E.No.440/1994), learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ petition and has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "Under Instruction from my client, I may be permitted to withdraw as dismissed."
