By order dated 13.10.2023, some of the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent M.Chellamuthu were brought on record as respondents 8 and 9 in C.M.P.Nos.3130, 3336 & 3339 of 2023. Now, petition has been filed to bring on record the left out legal representative of the deceased M.Chellamuthu in C.M.P.No.24331 of 2023. Since some of the legal representatives are already brought on record, petition to set aside the abatement and condone the delay are unnecessary. Hence, C.M.P.Nos.24329 & 24333 of 2023 are dismissed as unnecessary.
