It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that the certified copy of the judgment and decree in O.P.No.149 of 2022 dated 28.03.2024 passed by Family Court, Villupuram, has been filed in the connected C.M.A.No.3094 of 2024, and hence, prayed for to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the said order.
