2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. The petitioner has a prima facie claim as against the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition filed by the 1st respondent. It is also reported that a Civil Suit is pending. The order passed

in the writ petition filed by the 1st respondent is likely to affect and seriously prejudice the rights of the petitioner. Therefore, leave is granted and this petition is ordered.
