ORDER

These are case and counter. Both parties are present. They have arrived at a compromise regarding the issue. Pursuant to the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for the exercise of powers under Section 482 of Page No.1 of 3

the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No. 60 of 2021 & S.T.C.No.296 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No. I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Cases stand disposed of.
