ORDER

The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to punish the Respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 07.07.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P No.3932 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner has been considered and patta has been issued in his favour.

3. Since the directions issued by this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
