2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners elaborately. When this Court expressed its view that the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be accepted and the matter should go for trial, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw both the criminal original petitions. He has made an endorsement in both these petitions.

3. Considering the fact that the defacto complainant and the 1st accused are advocates and the issue relates to family dispute, this Court is inclined to grant permission to the learned counsel for the petitioners to withdraw the petitions.

4. Accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
