This petition has been filed to completely relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11528 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.183/2020, dated 30.08.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed on the first accused was totally relaxed and this petitioner is also similarly placed like the first accused.
