This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.25824 of 2022 on 28.10.2022 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
