Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the General Manager, Indian Oil Corporation (Marketing Division), "Indianoil Bhavan" Regional Contract Cell, Southern Regional Office, 8th Level, No.139, Uttamar Gandhi Salai, Chennai 600 034 represented by its General Manager, the first respondent herein, from appointing anyone who are not holding active GST registration pertaining to the contract that had been called for transportation of Indane LPG Cylinders in vertical position on unit rate basis Ex CPCL LPG Bottling Plant, Manali, Chennai under Tamil Nadu State Office vide Tender No.SRCC/PT/097/TNSO/2022-23 e_tender ID : 2022_SROTN_158107-1 dated 11.11.2022 and consequently appoint the petitioner as contractor as he is placed in L1 category. O R D E R

Mr.Mohamed Fiaz Ali, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Indian Oil Corporation, would submit that the tender process has already been completed in all respects and the work order has been issued.

2. In view of the fact said factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If any grievance exists to the petitioner, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
