O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.5696 of 2016 in C.C.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Udumalpet.

2. It is seen that when the matter was listed on 13.02.2017 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 09.03.2017. Thereafter, for the past four years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than four years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of four years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
