This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel.

3.Mr.S.Vadivel, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the delay 76 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
