ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2019 dated 04.02.2019 on the file of the respondent police within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.105 of 2019 on 04.02.2019, no final report has been filed till date.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
