(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Claiming himself to be a resident of Guruvayurappan Nagar, Poyampalayam, Tirupur, petitioner has filed the instant public interest litigation seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent not to open TASMAC shop in S.No.265/3A3 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thottipalayam Village, Tirupur North Taluk, Tirupur District.

2. On instructions from the Regional Manager, TASMAC Regulated Market, Ankeripalayam Road, Tirupur / fourth respondent herein, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned standing counsel for TASMAC submitted that no TASMAC shop is located in S.No.265/3A3 in Thottipalayam Village, Tirupur North Taluk, Tirupur District. Learned standing counsel further submitted that Shop No.1964 is located in some other Survey Number in the same village. Submission is placed on record.

3. In the light of the above submission, we are of the view that the prayer sought for cannot be granted. Writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
