2. It is stated that these two are cases in counter. One Ramalingam, the complainant in one of the cases appears before this Court and submits that Page No.1 of 3

long before, the matter ended in compromise and his adversary has also entered into compromise. Since the parties have moved on and ended in compromise, both the cases in CC.Nos.30 and 31 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram stand quashed and these Suo Motu Transfer cases stand disposed of. 10.09.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
