ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.08.2022 in accordance with law and file a final report within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint has been given on 24.08.2022, the second respondent police has not taken any action so far.
4. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.447 of 2022 and the same is pending.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the
enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
