A. Nos.5361 to 5363, 5368 to 5371 and G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN. J., The present applications have been filed by the applicant to extend the mandate of the sole arbitrator by a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of order for the purpose of completing the arbitration proceedings in arbitration case (DFS) Nos.212 to 219 of 2018.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.
3. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the sole arbitrator by a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of order for the purpose of completing the arbitration proceedings in arbitration case (DFS) Nos.212 to 219 of 2018. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass Awards within a period of six months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
4. Accordingly, these applications are ordered.
