This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the Criminal Revision case against the order dated 29.10.2021 passed in CMP.No.23046 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 178 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is ordered.
