This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8762 of in Crl.O.P.No.11551 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on the 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
