ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to protect of her family members against the respondents 4 to 6 on her complaint dated 10.12.2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that there was some civil dispute arose between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, enquiry has been conducted, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and further action has been droppd on her complaint dated 06.12.2017. Subsequently, the complaint made by the petitioner was closed on 13.12.2017 by the third respondenet police after the disputes resolved among themselves. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) as well as based on the letter dated 13.12.2017 produced by him, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
