ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint given by the complainants viz., Appusamy, Rajathi and Nalini.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate C(rl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are being harassed by the 2nd respondent Police on the complaint given by the complainants viz., Appusamy, Rajathi and Nalini.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the above said complainants, current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.No.118/DSP/AIGC/KIK/2022 and the same was closed as "mistake of fact" on 21.11.2022.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner need not be called to appear

before the 2nd respondent Police in respect of the above complaint. It is also learnt that the copy of the closure report has also been served to the petitioner and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 30.11.2022 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order vum To
