Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate and file the final report in Crime No.435 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent dated 18.04.2021 after considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2022.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.435 of 2021 dated 18.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.435 of 2021 on 18.04.2021, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant. Since the petitioner is said to have given a representation to the respondent police, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and do the needful in accordance with law, while conducting the investigation. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
