ORDER

To quash the case in crime No.153 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the Sessions Court, Kancheepuram and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.173 of 2023.
