O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 19.11.2021 made in W.P.No.5330 of 2019. 2.Pursuant to the statutory notice ordered on 10.03.2023, Ms.Parameswari, District Revenue Officer, Villupuram, Ms.S.Neharunisa, Thasildar, Gingee and Mr.Kannan, Revenue Inspector, Gingee / contemnors, are present before this Court today (10.04.2023). The further appearance of the contemnors is dispensed with.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the respondents have provided 13 feet pathway in S.No.81/1 to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
