2. This Court, under order dated 19.11.2019, granted leave to the convict Apple @ Sivaraman S/o.Jeganathan (Ct.

No.14615), for a period of three weeks i.e.

21.11.2019 to 12.12.2019 and directed to take him back to prison on 12.12.2019 at 05.00 p.m.

3. Today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the convict was taken back to prison on expiry of leave granted to him.
