This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 28.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5701 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. In the said writ petition, the petitioner sought for mandamus directing the respondents to measure and demarcate the property situated at Plot No.12, Sri Sathiya Nagar, No.167, New No.28, Perungalathur Village. The said writ petition was disposed of, by directing the first respondent/Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the other interested parties, if any.

3. Today, after notice, when the contempt petition is taken up for further hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that on 04.05.2019, the subject matter property has been measured and the boundaries are earmarked by the Tahsildar. He has also produced a copy of the communication dated 18.11.2019 issued by the Tahsildar to the petitioner. Page No. 2/3

4. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. The Tahsildar/respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the Surveyor Sketch to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
