This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the written complaint dated 08.09.2023 given to the respondent.

2. Heard Ms.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent submits that on the complaint given by the de facto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.605 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry in Current Paper No.605 of 2023 after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned and take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above 2/4
