PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., pleased to modify the bail condition in Crl.M.P.No.5676 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet No.1,in so far as it relates to deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) for release on bail, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5676 of 2023 by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet in T-1 P.S (CCBTBM) Crime No.247 of 2022 on the file of T-1 Tambaram Police Station.

This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition in Crl.M.P.No.5676 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengelpet No.1, in so far as it relates to deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) for release on bail, passed in Crl.M.P.No.5676 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengelpet in T-1 P.S (CCB-TBM) Crime No.247 of 2022 on the file of T-1 Tambaram Police Station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed inability to marshal the said amount of Rs.3,00,000/-.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) into the account of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crime No.247 of 2023 of Cyber Crime Wing, Central Crime Branch, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks, failing which, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
