Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent vide Na.Ka.No.274-1/TU.KA.KRA/General/2023 dated 04.10.2023 and quash the same and subsequently direct the respondent to give permission to march a bike rally.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, the request of the petitioner to conduct two wheeler rally was taken up for consideration and certain queries been asked for making appropriate security and arrangements. If the petitioner respond to it, permission will be granted as per the law. The copy of the notice sent to the petitioner dated 18.11.2023 been affixed on the residence of the petitioner herein.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, within ten days petitioner will provide information sought by the respondent police.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to act upon the representation given by the petitioner herein and the details to be furnished by them and grant 2/4

permission for bike rally on conditions necessary to maintain peace and order. Such permission shall be granted within ten days from the date of receipt of particulars sought by them. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
