The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-survey and demarcate the boundaries by fencing the petitioner's land situated at Survey Nos.113/3 and 116/1 situated at Pallalakuppam Village, formerly Gudiyatham Taluk, North Arcot Ambedkar District, presently Pernampattu Taluk, Vellore District, along with the protection of the fourth respondent and based on the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2022 and 05.10.2022 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject properties and he made representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the properties and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2022 and 05.10.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2022 and 05.10.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and after providing necessary opportunity to the other aggrieved persons, if any, pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
