This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.15 of 2019 dated 06.09.2019 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been closed as "Civil in nature" on 12.12.2019 by the Judicial Magistrate - IV, Salem.
