The Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and file a fresh application with new crime number and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now the case has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Special Investigating Department (SID), Coimbatore and that new crime number has also been assigned.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application impleading the correct respondent and crime number.
