ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action based on the complaint dated 03.10.2019 given by the petitioner.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that due to the misplace of complaint dated 03.10.2019 alleged to be given by the petitioner, the respondent police have not taken any action till now. But, on 29.09.2020, the said complaint has been traced out and forwarded to the Secretariat Colony Police Station for further action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, since the complaint is related to the year 2019, it would be appropriate to direct the Inspector of Police, Secretariat Colony Police Station, to dispose of the same within a period of one month.

5. Accordingly, the Inspector of Police, Secretariat Colony Police Station, is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
