ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the interims orders of this Court dated 09.11.2022 made in WMP.No.29009 of 2022 in W.P.No.29623 of 2022.
2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Raveekumar, learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents has submitted that, pursuant to the interim order of 2 / 4
this Court, instructions issued in this regard dated 21.11.2022 and 23.11.2022 stood withdrawn and in this regard, he has produced the notification/press release dated 02.02.2023 issued by the Co-ordinator (CENTAC), which reads thus:
"NOTIFICATION/PRESS RELEASE In view of the Interim Orders granted by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras staying the operation of G.O.Ms.No.79 dated 28.10.2022, the proceedings in No.CENTAC/Admn/NEET/2022-2023, dated 21.11.2022 and No.CENTAC/Admn/UG-Medical/2022-2023/0079 dated 23.11.2022, stand withdrawn.
Relying upon this, learned Government Pleader would submit that the orders of this Court since have been complied with, this contempt petition is disposed of accordingly."
3. Recording the aforesaid compliance made by the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
