Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the Civil Miscellaneous petition stands allowed on condition that the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 27.01.2021, failing which, the petition would stand dismissed automatically.
