ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner,

dated 23.08.2022 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is running a shop by name "SP Mobile" at Senthil Complex, Vaithiyalingam street, Rasipuram; the shop was originally run by the brother of the petitioner viz. Balasundaram and after his demise, the petitioner continues to run the business; the grievance of the petitioner is that after the demise of his brother, the son of the deceased viz., Senthil kumar who came from abroad is causing hindrance to the business of the petitioner; in this regard, the petitioner had given a complaint on 23.08.2022; but so far no action has been taken; hence this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.No.66/C1-PS/2022 and the same was closed as "civil in nature" on the undertaking given by the

petitioner that he will seek appropriate recourse before the civil Court.
