This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 233 days in re-presenting the appeal papers.

Subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the delay in re-presentation shall stand condoned.

Subject to the above compliance, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
