Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the second appeal is also dismissed at the SR stage itself and other connected C.M.P.Nos.3405, 3407 and 3409 of 2023 are closed.
