ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the detenue namely, the petitioner's wife, Samyuktha, D/o. Subramaniam, aged about 23 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner and the detenue are present. It appears from the submission made by them that they had register marriage, though the detenue has stated that it was forced upon her. We make the petitioner and the detenue to have a frank and open talk. The petitioner is stated to be aged about 30 years https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

whereas the detenue is 18 years old. The petitioner's avocation is Driver whereas the detenue is a law college student studying in second year.

3. After having open talk with each other, the petitioner has informed us that he will give divorce in favour of the detenue. Recording the aforesaid statement, we give liberty to the parties to approach the jurisdictional Court. Suffice it to state that there is no illegal detention involved in this case.

4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
