O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed as against the order passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Chennai, dated 09.11.2022, in I.A.No.2 of 2022 made in I.D.No.20 of 2015, wherein the respondent raised an industrial dispute in I.D.No.20 of 2015 and the writ petitioner herein filed an application in I.A.No.2 of 2022 and the same was dismissed by the Tribunal, against which the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the main industrial dispute in I.D.No.20 of 2015, petitioner has filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 and the same was dismissed. Thereafter, the main dispute itself was disposed of and the same was under challenge in W.P.No.17863 of 2022. The respondent also not disputed the disposal of the main I.D and against which W.P.No.17863 of 2022 is pending. Therefore, the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in the main I.D can be closed with liberty to the petitioner to raise the grounds of this writ petition in W.P.No.17863 of 2023, as one on grounds.

3. With the above said liberty this writ petition is closed. No costs.
