2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff has not raised any objection.

3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the application, in order to give fair opportunity to the defendant the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the application is ordered.

4.Post the matter on 11.12.2019 for framing issues.
