ORDER

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of dismissal dated 25.10.2016 made in I.A.No.1528 of 2015 in O.S.No.104 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Gingee, filed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2015 was dismissed for default on 10.08.2021 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the above submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
