ORDER
When the criminal revision case came up for hearing on 03.04.2024, there was no representation for the revision petitioner and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.04.2024. Even today, i.e., 04.04.2024 there is no representation for
the revision petitioner.
2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The revision petitioner/accused shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the Trial Court shall take steps to secure his presence for serving the remaining period of sentence.
