This application has been filed seeking to grant an extension of time by six months to complete the Arbitration Proceedings in Arbitration case pending before the sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Bharathidasan (Retired).

2. When the application was taken up, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that four months time is required to complete the arbitration proceedings.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants, four months time is granted for completion of the arbitration proceedings and accordingly, the application is ordered.
